S100A7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,148 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A9, S100A9_T113, and KRT16. Each is linked with S100A7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A7-to-partner and partner-to-S100A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100A7 versus S100A9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
