S100A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Tuberin, MEK1, and p27_pT157. Each is linked with S100A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A7-to-partner and partner-to-S100A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tuberin grouped by S100A7-low versus S100A7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
