S100A12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 292 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7843, GSTT2, and RNFT2. Each is linked with S100A12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A12-to-partner and partner-to-S100A12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7843 grouped by S100A12-low versus S100A12-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A12→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
