Across TCGA cell cohorts, S100A12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,361 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100A12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-cysteine modification, Leukocyte migration involved in inflammatory response, and Chronic inflammatory response. Each is linked with S100A12 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A12-to-partner and partner-to-S100A12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-cysteine modification grouped by S100A12-low versus S100A12-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.
