S100A11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,709 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A11-associated genes across cancer lineages are NECTIN4, GJB2, and S100A10. Each is linked with S100A11 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A11-to-partner and partner-to-S100A11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100A11 versus NECTIN4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A11→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
