S100A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,777 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible S100A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAR, DHX9, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with S100A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A1-to-partner and partner-to-S100A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100A1 versus ADAR in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
