Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, S100A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,217 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible S100A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAL, ADCY5, and FAM107A. Each is linked with S100A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both S100A1-to-partner and partner-to-S100A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, S100A1 versus MAL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (S100A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→S100A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
