Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RXFP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,025 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RXFP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22, MCAT, and RBBP7. Each is linked with RXFP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RXFP2-to-partner and partner-to-RXFP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RXFP2 versus TOMM22 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RXFP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RXFP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
