Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RXFP2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RXFP2 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RXFP2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RXFP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LGG show a favorable association.

LUAD, READ, and LGG are the cancer types where RXFP2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
