RWDD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 353 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFKP1, MIR5739, and NUTF2P8. Each is linked with RWDD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD4-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFKP1 grouped by RWDD4-low versus RWDD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RWDD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RWDD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
