Across TCGA cell cohorts, RWDD2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,489 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD2A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 3,5-bisphosphate metabolic process, and ERAD pathway. Each is linked with RWDD2A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD2A-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD2A results are reported.
