RWDD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RWDD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,439 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RWDD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2J1, MAN1A1, and ASCC3. Each is linked with RWDD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RWDD1-to-partner and partner-to-RWDD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RWDD1 versus UBE2J1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RWDD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RWDD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
