Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUVBL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 532 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUVBL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRYGB, RNU7-130P, and RPS29P1. Each is linked with RUVBL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL2-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRYGB grouped by RUVBL2-low versus RUVBL2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUVBL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUVBL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
