RUVBL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUVBL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,021 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUVBL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RUVBL2, MCM2_S139, and MCM7. Each is linked with RUVBL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUVBL1-to-partner and partner-to-RUVBL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUVBL1 versus RUVBL2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUVBL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUVBL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
