Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUSC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,091 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RUSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPM, ASF1B, and C1QBP. Each is linked with RUSC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUSC1-to-partner and partner-to-RUSC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPM grouped by RUSC1-low versus RUSC1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
