RUNX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,630 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTHRC1, RUNX2_S28, and ITGB5. Each is linked with RUNX2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX2-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNX2 versus CTHRC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
