RUNX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,434 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCOLCE, COL5A1, and CTHRC1. Each is linked with RUNX2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX2-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RUNX2 versus PCOLCE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
