RUNX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUNX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,835 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01939, RNA5SP423, and SYPL1P1. Each is linked with RUNX2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX2-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01939 grouped by RUNX2-low versus RUNX2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
