RUNX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUNX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUNX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR8D1, OR8B3, and OR8B4. Each is linked with RUNX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUNX2-to-partner and partner-to-RUNX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR8D1 grouped by RUNX2-low versus RUNX2-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUNX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUNX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
