Across TCGA patient cohorts, RUFY1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,254 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUFY1-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS27, LMNB1, and ABRAXAS1. Each is linked with RUFY1-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUFY1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-RUFY1-AS1 results are reported.
