Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RUFY1-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RUFY1-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RUFY1-AS1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RUFY1-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, PAAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where RUFY1-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
