RUBCN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RUBCN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 122 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RUBCN-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR72, ZAN, and KRTAP5-4. Each is linked with RUBCN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RUBCN-to-partner and partner-to-RUBCN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WDR72 grouped by RUBCN-low versus RUBCN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RUBCN→partner) and Y-score (partner→RUBCN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
