Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTRAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,136 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTRAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU6-794P, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with RTRAF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTRAF-to-partner and partner-to-RTRAF results are reported.
