Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTN4R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RTN4R-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND4P30, MIR4734, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with RTN4R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4R-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4R results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND4P30 grouped by RTN4R-low versus RTN4R-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4R→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
