RTN4R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTN4R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTN4R-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP1-1, LRRTM3, and GHR. Each is linked with RTN4R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTN4R-to-partner and partner-to-RTN4R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP1-1 grouped by RTN4R-low versus RTN4R-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTN4R→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTN4R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
