RTL8C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL8C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,342 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL8C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIP2C, SH3PXD2A_T256, and SH3PXD2B. Each is linked with RTL8C in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL8C-to-partner and partner-to-RTL8C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL8C versus DIP2C in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL8C→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL8C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
