The most reproducible RTL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, MTND5P35, and ATP6V1G1P7. Each is linked with RTL5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL5-to-partner and partner-to-RTL5 results are reported.
