RTL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 287 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51A4, LINC01707, and GAPDHP74. Each is linked with RTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTL1 versus OR51A4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
