RTL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RTL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 382 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL36RN, OR6F1, and PSG6. Each is linked with RTL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTL1-to-partner and partner-to-RTL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL36RN grouped by RTL1-low versus RTL1-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
