RTF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RTF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,145 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RTF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP4, RMDN3, and ZNF280D. Each is linked with RTF1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RTF1-to-partner and partner-to-RTF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RTF1 versus TUBGCP4 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RTF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RTF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
