Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSU1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,710 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSU1P3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HIC1_S237, TGFB1I1, and TLN1_S1164. Each is linked with RSU1P3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSU1P3-to-partner and partner-to-RSU1P3 results are reported.
