Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,042 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPON1, PRELP, and TNXB. Each is linked with RSPO1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPO1 versus SPON1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
