Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,216 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBFD1, DCLRE1B, and URB2. Each is linked with RSPO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPO1 versus UBFD1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
