RSPO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,025 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAPCD2, SLC25A27, and CACNA2D3. Each is linked with RSPO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SAPCD2 grouped by RSPO1-low versus RSPO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
