The most reproducible RSPO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Membrane repolarization during ventricular cardiac muscle cell action potential, Ventricular cardiac muscle cell membrane repolarization, and Locomotory exploration behavior. Each is linked with RSPO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPO1-to-partner and partner-to-RSPO1 results are reported.
