RSPH9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,224 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPIL1, WRNIP1, and DYNC2H1. Each is linked with RSPH9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPH9 versus PPIL1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
