Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RSPH9 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RSPH9 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RSPH9 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RSPH9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and THCA show a favorable association.

LUAD, LGG, and ESCA are the cancer types where RSPH9 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
