Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RSPH9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,522 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RSPH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RP1, RGS22, and LMNTD1. Each is linked with RSPH9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RSPH9 versus RP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RSPH9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RSPH9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
