Across TCGA cell cohorts, RSPH9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,554 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RSPH9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Regulation of mRNA processing. Each is linked with RSPH9 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-RSPH9 results are reported.
