Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,727 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE1, CMAHP, and OLFML1. Each is linked with RRS1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRS1-to-partner and partner-to-RRS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRS1 versus RNASE1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
