Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 288 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGKV2-23, MIR615, and CCL27. Each is linked with RRS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRS1-to-partner and partner-to-RRS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IGKV2-23 grouped by RRS1-low versus RRS1-high in BLCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
