RRP1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,121 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOL11, TBL3, and SUPT16H. Each is linked with RRP1B in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1B-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRP1B versus NOL11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
