RRP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 934 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-539P, CLUHP8, and RNU6-193P. Each is linked with RRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRP1-to-partner and partner-to-RRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-539P grouped by RRP1-low versus RRP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
