RRN3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRN3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,808 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GLYR1, LMNB2, and YME1L1. Each is linked with RRN3P1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3P1-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRN3P1 versus GLYR1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
