RRN3P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRN3P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRN3P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1LP6, RNU6-4P, and IGHD3-16. Each is linked with RRN3P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRN3P1-to-partner and partner-to-RRN3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WBP1LP6 grouped by RRN3P1-low versus RRN3P1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRN3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRN3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
