RRM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,444 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UFD1_S247, SMC2, and SMC4. Each is linked with RRM2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM2-to-partner and partner-to-RRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRM2 versus UFD1_S247 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
