RRM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RRM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLRN1, GDF3, and TARM1. Each is linked with RRM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRM1-to-partner and partner-to-RRM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLRN1 grouped by RRM1-low versus RRM1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
