Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RREB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,085 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RREB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAN1C1, F13A1, and ABCA8. Each is linked with RREB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RREB1-to-partner and partner-to-RREB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RREB1 versus MAN1C1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RREB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RREB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
