RRAS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,957 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RRAS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LMCD1, PPP1R12A, and AHNAK. Each is linked with RRAS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RRAS versus LMCD1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
