Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RRAS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 607 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, RNU6-629P, and PSMA6P3. Each is linked with RRAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RRAS-to-partner and partner-to-RRAS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-3 grouped by RRAS-low versus RRAS-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→RRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
